Responsibilities:

  • Manage & execute complex & multi-faceted projects
  • Direct multiple concurrent projects ensuring compliance with budgeted goals & funding
  • Develop & mentor engineering & facilities associates in all facets of project management & engineering practices
  • Provide expert consultation in conceptual design, development & implementation of manufacturing process quality & cost-effective improvements
  • Ensure compliance with engineering-related federal, state & local regulatory standards & directives
  • Identify technological alternatives and emerging advances related to Boar’s Head manufacturing processes & facilities
  • Oversee utility management to insure energy effectiveness, requirement compliance & identification of energy reduction opportunities
  • Interface & negotiate with outside vendors & equipment manufacturers to obtain the best value services & goods
