Job Description

The successful candidate will join the material management department in SIA Engineering Division. He/she will support the freight, tender and facilities administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain the filing for Material Management contracts and agreements
  • To maintain and monitor lease agreement and floor plans of warehouse space on lease by SIA
  • To conduct verification of space leased by SIA required by SIA Properties for audit requirements on yearly basis
  • To maintain record and update asset listing
  • To monitor the performance and co-ordination with the respective maintenance contractors for maintenance/ servicing/ repair of Automated Storage-Retrieval System (ASRS) in the Warehouse
  • Compile and verify reports from Freight Forwarders against AWB and shipping document, for monthly submission of report to Taxation for GST reporting
