We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team within a highly innovative defence and technology environment.

This role combines people leadership, engineering governance and technical programme delivery, providing the opportunity to influence product development across the full lifecycle. You will work closely with Engineering, Project Management and Operations teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineering leader with experience managing electrical, software or systems engineering teams within a complex engineering or defence environment.
