PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The Engineering Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of engineering functions, both strategically and operationally. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Direct and coordinate activities of the Engineering Department to design and manufacture the products and systems. 2. Direct the department activities to modify product design and improve production techniques. 3.
