Job Description
Job Descriptions Tooling & Engineering Management
- Lead Tool & Die Toolroom operations from design through fabrication, tooling approval, and production handover.
- Manage tooling development projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D CAD models.
- Oversee tool, jig, fixture, and die design activities to meet production and quality requirements.
- Coordinate tooling fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Engineering Development teams from project initiation through project approval for die casting-related programs.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on engineering and project requirements.
- Conduct project reviews, engineering discussions, and technical negotiations.
