We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled manager to lead the engineering function at a busy manufacturing site in Harleston, near Diss for one of our key clients.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind plant availability, ensuring that all machinery operates at peak performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

As the key interface between production and site leadership, you will manage a dedicated engineering team, oversee contractors, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime.
