Job Description

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：

  • Define and control the engineering scope of work in alignment with project objectives, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement the overall Project Engineering Plan, schedule, and resource allocation for the assigned engineering scope.
  • Review and endorse the engineering resource plan prepared by Discipline Leaders and ensure adequate staffing for the project.
  • Align engineering disciplines toward common project objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver all necessary calculations and documentation for reviewed, verified, and approved designs.
  • Provide technical expertise and detailed information on control capabilities and equipment to support sales activities.
  • Assist parts operations by identifying suitable substitutions and/or recommending system improvements, ensuring alignment with economic constraints.
