Hi , I’m Abhik, Ashby’s Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. We’re looking for a great (former) engineer with a track record of building impressive products who is now ready to lead and build teams of top engineers. Ashby’s success and ambition mean we’re doubling the Engineering team over the next year, and we need your experience and leadership to do it thoughtfully.

Ashby All‑In‑One is powerful, easy to use, and replaces the product suites of several venture‑backed companies – with a better experience. Notable customers include Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. We have tens of millions in ARR, a >100% YoY growth rate, very low churn, and plenty of runway.

We achieve incredible speed and quality by discarding many industry norms and being optimistic about engineers. Engineers get the freedom and agency to be truly exceptional – for example, we value product‑wide ownership over breaking work down into small tickets.
