About the Role

Engineering Manager reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary development of a key area within the site‑specific SMR power station design. The role integrates engineering activities to deliver a world‑first power station concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering development of the allocated site‑specific design area and ensure integration with the generic SMR programme.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, manage technical alignment and support regulatory and client engagement.
• Plan and deliver engineering outputs to meet quality, schedule, and safety expectations.
• Manage resources and contribute effectively within a complex programme environment.
