About the Role

We're building AGS's AI Engineering team from the ground up, and we need a people leader to help us scale. The Engineering Manager, AI Solutions owns team health, delivery capacity, and career development for our India-based engineering team.

This is a people management role, not a technical leadership role. You'll partner closely with the Head of AI Engineering on priorities and direction, but your primary focus is enabling your team to do their best work—hiring great people, removing blockers, and building a high-performance engineering culture.

You'll manage a growing team of engineers, architects, analysts, and QA professionals who are building intelligent agents, conversational interfaces, and AI-powered capabilities for AGS's global clients.
