About The Role
The Engineering Coordinator will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Engineering function, balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term improvement initiatives. In this role you will work closely with the Head of Engineering & Innovation and the wider team to monitor performance, drive action and report on progress, while coordinating initiatives that shape the future success of the business. You will bring an innovative mindset, a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to produce insightful reports. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented approach are essential.
