You will be the Engineering Aide – Design Assurance & Metrics for the Hardware Design & Analysis organization within Missiles & Fire Control (MFC). Our team safeguards the health of the design portfolio by collecting, analyzing and visualizing key development metrics, enabling leadership to make data driven decisions that accelerate delivery of world class defense systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for extracting design phase data from program systems, calculating cycle time and design reuse metrics, and turning those numbers into clear, actionable visual dashboards.
