Engineer, Test & Debug (Radio Frequency)

This role is to support production, ensure product quality and drive process improvements. The engineer (troubleshooting) will act as a bridge between design, production and quality teams by providing hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.).

Analyze failed PCBAs from production or customer returns (RMA) to determine root cause.

Document failure analysis reports and repair actions.

Collaborate with development, engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve yield.

Able to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts and technical documentation.

Provide support on the development and improvement of troubleshooting procedures and test fixtures.
