Job Description:

  • Monitor and control all jobs so as to achieve the target turn-around time, man-hours and quality level.

  • Safe custody, control and maintain of all equipment and special tools used by workshop.

  • Provide first response to the customer’s management on technical investigations and incidents

  • Ensure adequate manpower to perform the work.

  • Co-ordinate and control of works which are performed by more than one workshop.

  • Carry out technical studies on modification, improvement, and/or replacement of system/components to the vehicle/ equipment.

  • Ensure good housekeeping in order to provide safe and healthy working environment for the staff.

  • Feedback relevant information gathered from meeting, seminars or forums to the staff and ...
