As a Engineer in Quality (MQA) at Molex, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across subcontractor manufacturing operations. You will lead the development and execution of strategic quality plans, apply your technical expertise to resolve complex quality issues, and ensure compliance with quality management systems. This role demands a proactive approach to continuous improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet customer expectations and uphold Molex’s commitment to superior product quality and operational efficiency.
