ZF's Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) division helps shaping the future of commercial transportation ecosystems. What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager (m/f/d):

  • Understanding of Product drawing, Develop Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram),PFMEA, Control Plan and Work instructions. Capacity enhancement, Couple / Decouple operations for maximum VA

  • Assembly process like Pressing, Tightening, Leak testing and Performance testing. Pneumatic & Electrical circuits for End off line

  • New Machine selection, New fixture development, validation and Prove out in line. Solving of perineal Quality issues in ongoing assembly lines. Proving of Assembly process thru capability (MSA)
