With a keen interest in industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends, the candidate will provide and deliver solutions that are tailored to our clients’ needs while also being robust, repeatable, and embraced throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Handling complex technical project tasks, project issues and initial troubleshooting for clients.
• A client facing role with occasional in person visits to client sites.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of servers and networks.
• Configuration and migration of Cloud Services.
• Management of small and medium sized projects.
• Provide technical advice on planning and scoping calls.
