The Role

The Maintenance Engineer - Marlborough reports to our Senior Engineer. This is a permanent, full‑time position (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday), and the perfect role for someone looking to develop their skills further through on‑the‑job training. No two days are the same as you ensure continued maintenance and repairs of our plant, equipment and services based here in sunny Marlborough.

You will:

• Complete engineering, maintenance and repairs across the two Marlborough wineries, ensuring the availability and reliability of the plant and equipment.
• Participate in continual improvement initiatives and training.
• Undertake maintenance working at height and in confined spaces.
• Assist with compliance, commissioning and documentation.
• Align with our Indevin values.
