Engineer, Network Operation Centre (NOC)

We are seeking a capable and responsible Engineer, Network Operation Centre (NOC) to oversee network performance, manage incidents, and ensure service reliability. This role involves deeper technical troubleshooting, SLA governance, and guiding junior team members in a 24/7 operational environment.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of network systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and business continuity
• Proactively monitor network and system operations, performing deeper analysis to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues
• Handle and resolve incidents across Level 1 and Level 2, ensuring timely restoration and proper escalation management
• Govern and enforce SLA compliance, ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed timelines and standards
