Summary You will serve as an ENGINEER in the Naval Architecture and Engineering Department of CARDEROCK DIV NS. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-12 and GS-13. The ND-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-09 through the GS-11. Responsibilities You will be responsible for all aspects of submarine hydrodynamic model testing of new design, construction, and modified submarines. You will serve in a role critical to the execution of the NAVSEA approved Hydro Characterization Process for submarines. You will support and/or lead the overall planning and preparation for model experiments, instrumentation development for experiments, research and development, and data analysis and reporting.
