- Design of mechanical engineering works e.g. ACMV, Fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary for assigned projects
- Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
- Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.
- Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.
- Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
- Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
- Good project management and technical skills
- Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
