As the Engineer - Industrial, you will be responsible for supporting the Engineering team in driving operational efficiency, labor productivity, and optimized product flow across fulfillment operations. You will be accountable for contributing to the design and continuous improvement of facility layouts, labor standards, and process engineering initiatives.

+ Assist in the development, governance, and maintenance of engineered labor standards across fulfillment processes
+ Conduct time studies and activity-level labor modeling to support productivity improvements
