Engineer II or III - Innovation

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Engineer II or III - Innovation that will be responsible for identifying, exploring, developing, and advancing innovative engineering concepts that improve Mortenson's engineering, construction, and delivery practices. This role emphasizes technical breadth, self directed problem exploration, and the ability to move from abstract problem spaces to practical, scalable solutions in alignment with Mortenson standards and industry best practices. This position reports to an Engineering Lead and works closely with Engineering Services, Operations, Innovation teams, and external partners.

This position offers opportunities at both levels 2 and 3, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
