Job Description
The Engineer I will provide hands‑on engineering and quality inspection support within Eaton’s Waukesha Lincoln manufacturing facility, focusing on final product testing, incoming material inspections, and verification of electrical equipment prior to shipment. This role operates in a fast‑paced, industrial manufacturing environment and works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure products meet Eaton’s technical, safety, and documentation standards.
The position is 100% onsite and aligned to afternoon/evening production shifts, supporting inspection and release activities during critical manufacturing hours.
