Job Description
Elevate your engineering career at MEVOTECH, a leading aftermarket auto parts company. As an Engineer I, focus on hub bearing design and failure analysis in a hybrid work model.
In this role, reporting to the Product Development Manager – Hubs, you will oversee detail and conceptual drawings while ensuring design integrity and product performance. Your expertise will drive innovation initiatives and challenge existing designs, enabling you to make a direct impact on product quality and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead root cause investigations on failures and warranty returns
• Identify design weaknesses and convert findings into upgrades
• Drive R&D initiatives to improve hub bearing technology
• Create 2D/3D CAD models and ensure design validation
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science
• 5+ years in bearing design, preferably automotive
