Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- New lab enablement: lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes; coordinate with Facilities and GEL in enablement.
- Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality management systems.
- Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and maintain product integrity.
- Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error‑proofing measures and reduce manual touchpoints.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation, training records, and compliance evidence.
- Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement using statistical and AI‑assisted techniques.
