Job Description
- Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.)
- Analyze failed PCBAs from production or customer returns (RMA) to determine root cause
- Document failure analysis reports and repair actions
- Collaborate with development, engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve yield
- Able to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
- Provide support on the development and improvement of troubleshooting procedures and test fixtures
- Maintain compliance with ESD, IPC, and safety standards during repair operations
- Provide technical support and training to technicians as needed
