About the Role:


At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, we have an exciting opportunity for a developer . The Developer is responsible for building, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions using the Pega platform at BCBSMA . This role contributes to delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable applications that support member services, care management, and operational workflows.



This role is eligible for our Flex Persona. For candidates local to our Boston, MA and Hingham MA offices.

Your Day to Day:
+ Develop and configure applications using the Pega CRM platform
+ Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions with guidance from senior team members
+ Build and maintain case types, workflows, UI components, and decisioning rules in Pega
+ Assist in integrating Pega applications with APIs, databases, ...
