1. Drive and continuously improve audio technical standards and best practices within the company.
2. Collaborate with Audio team members to review departmental progress, system performance, and technical requirements.
3. Research new audio technologies, equipment, and industry developments, and cascade relevant knowledge to the team.
4. Train, supervise, and mentor Technicians and Crew in the safe setup, operation, and maintenance of audio equipment.
5. Work as part of the Audio team both on-site and off-site across multiple event scales.
6. Configure and optimize audio systems at an advanced level, including system tuning and alignment.
7. Maintain advanced knowledge of professional audio equipment, staying up to date with the latest consoles, loudspeaker systems, RF technologies, and audio networking.
