Job Description
**Purpose and Scope:**
The Engineer 3 Project Manager for the Kennedy Propellants and Life Support Services (KPLSS II) program will be part of a fast-paced environment and lead complex projects to successful completion at NASAβs Kennedy Space Center (KSC) FL. This role requires expert level skills in Earned Value Management (EVM), risk mitigation and foundational project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project controls experience with both facilities and hardware type projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
