You are not a project manager, delivery manager, business analyst, or tech lead. You are all of these compressed into one person, amplified by AI. That compression is the point - context never gets lost because it never leaves your hands.

The Mindset

Think like a founder. The customer's problem is your problem. Their business constraints are your constraints.

• Business acumen is not optional. You need to understand how the customer's business works - revenue model, cost structure, competitive pressures, regulatory constraints.
