Key responsibility is to generate qualified Opportunity Pipeline through proactive connects, market research, account mining public tender notifications, pro sales and deal conversion, Customer relationship Management, SAP/Oracle Liaisons, Engagement health check and escalation management.Drive a minimum 30% YoY growth in TSS ESU opportunity pipeline for implementation /transformation programs, support engagements, and a 20% YoY revenue growth from new opportunity conversion and key account mining.
