The Role:

Ground Support plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our tutoring programs in classrooms across the country. As a Ground Support Part Time Employee, you will be responsible for assisting students with logging into the Tutored by Teachers platform and resolving any technical issues they encounter. Your previous classroom experience will enable you to manage the learning environment and address any classroom-specific challenges. The ideal candidate has experience as a classroom teacher and is comfortable with both technology and troubleshooting on-site issues.
