The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering energy and building performance modelling across residential and commercial developments, supporting clients in achieving low-carbon and energy-efficient design solutions.
The Role
Carrying out dynamic thermal modelling and energy assessments for a range of projects
Producing SAP/SBEM calculations and energy strategy reports
Supporting planning and compliance submissions in line with UK Building Regulations
Assisting with overheating analysis, thermal comfort studies, and Part L compliance
