Our client seeks an Energy Marshal to lead Energy Isolation Management for a mission-critical datacenter build-out. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, drives consistency, and mitigates risk across all energy isolation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and enforce the Energy Isolation Program using SPS-101 standards.
Audit isolation processes, close gaps, and maintain program documentation.
Review Statements of Work (SoWs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and scripts to confirm all energy sources are identified.
Establish centralized Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and permit processes.
Verify training, qualifications, and PPE for all personnel.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in incident investigations and stop unsafe work immediately.
Liaise with Microsoft Operations to prevent impact on live datacenter systems.
