Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years' experience in technical sales, the energy/solar industry, or B2B solutions sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable engaging with engineers, facility managers, and executives
- Experience in solar PV, energy systems, inverters, or energy management systems (EMS)
- Exposure to industrial or commercial environments
- Basic technical understanding of power systems (kW, kVA, load, PV, battery) and energy cost‑saving concepts (TOU, peak shaving, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Visit existing and prospective clients regularly
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the company's full capabilities
