**About this role:**

As an Endocrinology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see a variety of endocrinology patients in the outpatient clinic setting in Cedar City, Utah.

+ This position includes a **$30,000** sign-on bonus, up to **$20,000** in relocation assistance, a residency stipend for physicians in training, and **$75,000** in student loan repayment when applicable
+ You will practice at Cedar City Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic in Cedar City, Utah serving multiple counties in the surrounding area
