Compensation: $118,000 - $145,000 (Our compensation structure is tiered by years of experience.)

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Endocrinology and Diabetes seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position. Our practice has five experienced Endocrinologists, five APPS and a strong team of diabetes educators. We are building our APP team and would like to grow to six or seven team members.

The provider for this position will manage the care of diabetes patients as well as patients with some defined endocrine diagnoses. If you are an Endocrine PA or NP, or a provider in Primary Care or other specialty with experience treating diabetic patients, please highlight your experience in your application or CV.
