Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management
- Responsible for the financial performance (Orders and Sales) of Digital Energy offers in Building and Critical
- Identify areas for improvement and implement mitigation action plans to close financial performance gaps.
- One Digital Energy Mindset
- Collaborate with all DE teams to drive the One DE approach, aiming to meet or exceed growth ambitions.
- Adopt and deploy DE Solution value propositions
- Adapt the global and East Asia DE solution value propositions to Singapore market.
- Define and formalize a winning strategy using DE solution value propositions (resiliency, efficiency and decarbonization) approach.
- Lead innovative and strategic business growth proposals.
