Technology Infrastructure Specialist at OCBC. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems and infrastructure are secure, efficient, and always available as part of a team driving innovation and transformation in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Service and Engineering teams to deliver the regional strategy, architecture, and roadmap for endpoint, mobile device, and automation platforms across multiple geographies in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
• Provide senior technical leadership and serve as the global subject‑matter expert for the Microsoft365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Security, Architecture, and Compliance functions to strengthen operational resilience, enhance risk posture, and ensure audit readiness across all supported regions.
