- Minimum of three (3) years' professional experience as an HVAC DDC technician
- Understanding of computer networking principles, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to wire, start up, and troubleshoot basic HVAC DDC maintenance issues
- Fundamental understanding of HVAC operations within a facility.
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's or associate degree in engineering (mechanical, computer science, electrical, information technology)
