Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Company: Empower Home Health - a LiveWell Partners Network Agency
Compensation: Pay per visit ($42 - $44 per routine visit), $2,520 - $2,675+ bi-weekly, Per visit incentive pay in addition to the minimum of the 30 visit expectation per week, Mileage reimbursed at $0.67/mile, Payroll processed bi-weekly (26 pay periods).
Shift Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (flexible), In the field/On the road at 15-30% of the average 40 hour work week.
