The role

combines core employment tax compliance responsibilities with increasing exposure to advisory projects, particularly those involving internationally mobile employees and cross-border issues.

The successful candidate will work across a diverse client base, supporting both compliance delivery and the identification and execution of advisory opportunities.

The responsibilities

Deliver global mobility advisory support including short-term business visitors, remote working, PAYE/NIC implications and cross-border employment issues

Manage the employment tax compliance cycle, including P11Ds, PSA, STBV and ERS reporting

Identify advisory opportunities arising from compliance work, particularly in relation to internationally mobile employees

Support clients with employment tax risk reviews, policy design and process improvements
