IPS Employment Specialist
Location: Wirral (Community-Based Role)
Salary: £31,000 per annum + travel expenses (beyond base location)

We are seeking a passionate and proactive IPS (Individual placement and support) Employment Specialist to help individuals with health conditions, disabilities, or other barriers sustain and progress in employment.
This is a rewarding, community-based role where you'll work directly with employees and employers, providing tailored support that enables people to thrive in the workplace, develop their careers, and achieve long-term employment success.
