The Business Services Representative (BSR) is the primary point of contact and the local subject matter expert for businesses within their assigned Workforce Delivery Area (WDA). The BSR will market and promote the services of the MassHire North Shore Career Center and MassBizWorks to employers and other interested parties in the Workforce Development Area. Develop and implement promotional programs. Conduct business assessments to identify workforce development needs. Gather and disseminate labor market information related to their assigned business(s).
