Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of the B2B, B2C, and custom client web strategy for Optum Financial.
• Lead planning and development of web properties in collaboration with web teams
• Define audience-specific best practices, governance, and performance standards
• Drive innovation in content creation, including leveraging AI and automation for efficiency and personalization.
• Collaborate with web teams, marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure content drives to key behavior.
• Ensure microsites are launched on time and match client specifications.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
