Employee Services Assistant - Employee Services Department (1.0 FTE Permanent)
Reporting to the Manager of Employee Services, the Employee Services Assistant will support the Employee Services Department in the areas of Automated Callout System, Office Administration support for the following areas of the department: Occupational Health and Safety, Internal and External Recruitment, Staff Orientation, Attendance Support, Employee Wellness, Return to Work, WSIB, HRIS and will assist with minute taking for Labour Relations meetings.
Postβsecondary education in Office Administration is required and Business Administration - Human Resources would be considered an asset.
