Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations regarding workplace issues.
• Manage employee concerns and grievances in compliance with Philippine labor laws, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
• Handle disciplinary actions and corrective measures in alignment with company policies and due process.
• Ensure legal compliance by keeping updated with the Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE policies.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any related course
• Experience Level: 1 year of experience in Employee Relations
• Willing to report onsite in Dona Soledad, Betterliving, Paranaque City
