This is a dedicated ER Specialist role at Youi, responsible for driving employee relations across the business with the support and guidance of an experienced ER leader.

You’ll be involved in a broad range of employee relations matters, from performance and conduct issues through to formal investigations and escalated cases, providing balanced advice that supports sound decisions and protects both people and the business.
