Job Description

  • Facilitate timely implementation of disciplinary action process
  • Conduct initial counselling to team member(s) if necessary
  • Facilitate administrative investigations whether due process is consistently observed all the time
  • Confronts unethical behavior and acts on deviations to standards and indiscretions appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Validate all submitted resignations whether effective date is compliant to labor law and/or company policy
  • Perform through investigation in every administrative case on-hand
